We review your symptoms, history, and past treatment before suggesting a plan.
Options, benefits, and possible side effects are explained in plain language.
The plan is reviewed at each visit and adjusted to your response, routine, and goals.
Sustained stress from work, caregiving, financial pressure, or health problems can produce real physiological and psychiatric consequences: exhaustion, irritability, poor sleep, headaches, gastrointestinal symptoms, and reduced concentration.
Burnout and chronic stress often precede depression and anxiety disorders. Addressing them early can prevent a more serious episode.
The evaluation checks whether depression, anxiety disorder, sleep disorder, or a medical condition has developed on top of chronic stress.
Sleep, boundaries, workload, and recovery time are addressed directly, with therapy referral when useful.
Medication is considered when symptoms have progressed into a treatable mood, anxiety, or sleep disorder.
Consider an evaluation if stress symptoms have persisted for months, affect your health or job performance, or if you have started relying on alcohol or other substances to cope.

Yes. Headaches, muscle tension, and gastrointestinal symptoms are common. Persistent physical symptoms should also be evaluated medically.
