Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 15, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Brighter Mind Psychiatry website. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website provides general information about the practice and its services. Website use, including sending an inquiry, does not establish a patient-provider relationship. A relationship begins only after the practice accepts you as a patient and completes its intake process. The site is not for emergencies; call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or call or text 988 in the United States when immediate help is needed.

  • Use the website only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes.
  • Do not interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or impersonate another person.
  • Do not transmit unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or infringing material.

The website's text, branding, design, graphics, photographs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Brighter Mind Psychiatry and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view or print limited portions for personal, noncommercial use. Content may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

We aim to keep information useful and current but do not warrant that every statement is complete, accurate, or current. Services, insurance participation, appointment availability, and website content may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Links to maps, insurers, crisis resources, and other third-party websites are offered for convenience. We do not control or endorse their content, security, availability, or privacy practices and are not responsible for losses resulting from their use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brighter Mind Psychiatry and its owners, clinicians, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or inability to use it. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the website is to stop using it.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access without notice when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, site security is threatened, or restriction is necessary to protect the practice or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida.

We may update these terms and will identify the current version by the date above. Questions may be emailed to [email protected], directed to Brighter Mind Psychiatry at 786-542-5766, or mailed to 1840 W 49th St. Suite 717, Hialeah, FL 33012.
